Oxford Office

Keith Oxtoby

Keith Oxtoby

Graduated from Reading University with a degree in agriculture. Started his career as a farm manager on a 405 hectare unit. Then went on to join Carter Jonas (Chartered Surveyors)in Huntingdon initially, then to set up the Kidlington office as partner. Left Carter Jonas with Stephen Ellam in 1991 to set up Ellam Oxtoby. Keith and his wife Liz farm 44 hectares of arable land in Oxfordshire.

William Peck

William Peck

Completed a HND in Agriculture followed by a Diploma in AFM at The Royal Agricultural College. Started his career farming with experience in arable, dairy sheep and beef. Then went on to Humberts (Chartered Surveyors). Left Humberts after seven years to set up a consultancy practice, William Peck & Partners. After 5 years his partnership merged with Ellam Oxtoby and joined the Oxford office. William is a director of several farming companies.

Billie Johnson

Billie Johnson

Completed Phase III Farm Records and Accounts, then subsequently Phase IV Farm Business Management at Witney TEC and then went on to develop own farm secretarial service in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Took the opportunity to join Ellam Oxtoby & Peck and eventually managed the bookkeeping department. Has since gained the Association of Accounting Technicians’ Level 4 Accounting certificate. Sits on the Institute of Agricultural Secretaries & Administrators’ Council of Management. Billie assists her husband, Trevor on the Johnson family farm.

Stephen Ellam

Stephen Ellam

Graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in agriculture. Started career with ADAS in Exeter, followed by Farms Department of Carter Jonas (Chartered Surveyors) in Oxford. Left Carter Jonas with Keith Oxtoby in 1991. Graduated with an MBA from Oxford Brooks University in 1994. Moved to Devon in 1999 to establish the Devon Office. Steve and his wife Liz farm 35 hectares with beef & sheep.

Norfolk Office

Henry Walker

Henry Walker

Graduated from Wye College, University of London with an honours degree in agricultural business management and having received the Pinnacle award, a national award for excellence in business management, went on to train as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working within their specialist agriculture and bloodstock department. After five years with them, left to join the Devon Office and has now set up the Norfolk Office.
